WAWC offers patient-centered, stigma-free healthcare for those who are trans and nonbinary

At WAWC, we’re dedicated to providing inclusive health care that respects and supports gender identity. Hormones are available for those age 19 and up, and all services are offered with full respect of a patient’s gender identity. Non-cis patients of any age can also request their care be provided by our on staff physician, Dr. Jasper Kennedy (he/they), both in Tuscaloosa, via telehealth, or in our new Birmingham location beginning in January of 2026.
