WAWC offers patient-centered, stigma-free healthcare for those who are trans and nonbinary

At WAWC, we’re dedicated to providing inclusive health care that respects and supports gender identity. Medical Director Dr. Jasper Kennedy (he/they) and Tuscaloosa clinic director Tyler Keenum, MSN, RN (he/him) can initiate and provide informed consent hormone therapy for those age 19 and up in both clinic locations. Services are offered with full respect of a patient’s gender identity. Non-cis patients of any age can also request their gyn care be provided by Dr. Kennedy, both in Tuscaloosa or Birmingham.
